Managing director
Managing Director will be responsible for the entire operations of Facilities Management Company ; he should have an expertise in various fields such as Sales & Marketing, planning, budgeting, facility and maintenance, engineering, development, organization, and evaluation of strategic business goals and objectives of the company.
The Managing Director will ensure to meet company’s goals within the established customer service and budgetary standards.
  • He will plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through managers/ supervisors.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel
  • Directs and coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the project and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
  • He will be responsible to develop and implement customer service standards.
  • He will be responsible to develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of monitoring and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer service are met.
  • He will be responsible to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and employees.
  • He will conduct regular staff meetings to review on-going operations, trouble-shoot areas needing corrective action, issues related to employees, etc
  • The Managing Director will be responsible in preparation of budget.

    Skills

    • Mechanical Engineer or related field
    • 3- 5 years’ experience
    • 2 Years experience in a Managing Director role within GCC.
    • Demonstrated success in project management and team execution
    • Knowledge in Facility Management and Maintenance
    • Excellent communications skills in English .
    • Strong Sales and Marketing Background
    • He should possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
    • Possess ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide employees toward goal achievement
    • Posses proven experience working effectively with people of all social, economic and cultural backgrounds
    • He should demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly in written documents and presentations
    • Possess strong analytical, organizational, management and computer skills.
